ONE Ventures is led by a small, experienced team with backgrounds spanning real estate, construction, and investment. Over 23 years, we’ve transacted more than $1 billion in real estate, and that experience now works for the investors who build alongside us.
We run lean. Polished offices and big salaries don’t improve our investors’ returns, so we don’t pay for them. We’re also cautious about scale for its own sake. Large, drawn-out projects tie up capital and create time-based risk, neither of which serves the individual investor we’re built for.
We’d rather do fewer things and do them well.
